It will be of great assistance if you have the following information ready when calling for a quote:

- Type of event or function,
- Special equipment needed for the event
(speakers, easel, etc)
- Type of service and menu you prefer
(i.e. coffee service, bar service, etc)
- Estimated number of guests.
- Special request for liquor order
- Preferred room set-up (i.e. check out

many set-up options).

| ~Menu Selection~
To get a sneak peak of the choices in menus available, please schedule your next appointment with us. We have spectacular catering available for your event that may be customized to your preferences. These menus are suitable for wedding, meetings, seminars, brunch and dinner parties. Ask one of our helpful agents or manager at the Sales & Catering Office, (562) 434-8451 ext. 435 or 414 or 458.

| ~Linens & Table Skirting~
The SeaPort Marina Hotel has a variety of choices in color when it comes to linens and skirting to match the color theme for your event. Other banquet facilities may charge extra for table skirting but not us. We provide table skirting at no charge for any event.
The choices of color linens are:
*GOLD *IVORY *WHITE *LIGHT BLUE *ROYAL BLUE *DARK BLUE *MAROON *RED *PINK *MAUVE *PEACH *DARK GREEN *LIGHT GREEN *BLACK
(due to each individual's computer/monitor/printer, colors show may appear to be different than in person).

~Guarantee of Event~
SeaPort Marina Hotel requires a deposit to guarantee for the event or function. All payments will be accepted in the form of cash, money order, cashier's check, or credit card (we accept most major credit cards). Final payment of the guarantee or deposit is indicated on the contract.

~Cancellation~
A cancellation charge will apply to all cancellation(s) prior to or on day of the event. Cancellation rate will be according to the event or function's date, day, time, room or space. Prior to signing the Catering Contract, it is critically important that you have read all terms and conditions and that you understand the cancellation fee and schedule, if any.

~Tax Exemption~
Is your organization tax exempt? Bring in your letter or certificate stating that you or your organization is tax exempt and your rate will be tax adjusted. Final arrangements should be made as early as possible with Sales & Catering Dept. (562) 434-8451 ext. 435

Note: If you are planning a conference, convention, or seminar, which may require hotel rooms to accommodate your guests, a Special Rate Agreement or block of rooms will be made as a convenience to you and your guests. Please note that all rates and room blocks are subject to hotel availability.
